expensive?

Electric stoves normally run on 220v.

prolly not, cause there is usually skirting around the mobile home that is easily accesible and the panel is usually easy to fish to.
the most expensive part of it would be the 8/3 NM used to supply 240v from the panel to the range.
Ther range plug and breaker are additional costs also.
