I received a 1 TB HP Personal Media Drive for Christmas and it will not work with my Mac. Will this device work with my Xbox? If not, anybody want to buy it from me?

It should work on the mac. You may need to reformat it in native mac, or get a download that allows mac to read NTFS drives.
