Just wanted to see if anyone else out there had a bad experience with getting in contact with the owner of Extraordinary Kidz. This daycare was planning to open its doors at the old Century 21 building in front of Walmart. They decided to not open it in late September after all the problems with permits and such. We were in contact with Caroline Elsberry (the owner) about a month ago and now all the contact numbers we have are disconnected. Please help!! We are out of $175.00 and I am pretty sure we are not the only ones.

Did you try a case search on her name? Maryland Judiciary Case Search There is a woman with that name who lives in PG.

The only thing I can think to do is go to the State's Attorney with her name, address and proof of the payment you gave and let them know her business never started up. Maybe someone else has more helpful advice. I am not sure if showing up at her private property is a good idea. I guess if you have an officer with you that is different.
