If you are still not sure whether you computer has been infected by the Conflicker virus or not, CNET listed an eye chart you can view with your computer to determine if you have a problem or not.

You can check it out at the following link. The chart appears at the top of the page and lower down the page it tells you to interpret the picture you see.

Not doubting the nature of the post but the worm has spread to over 85% of it's victims because users are worried if they have it and go to links or sites to "check" and as soon as you allow the program through your firewall or allow access, BAM-you have it. The program might be telling you dont but it's on your hard drive. They say the best way to check is go to Microsoft or Mcafee or Norton and if you can access their site your ok.

I only passed this along because it was provided by CNET which is a very trusted site. They don't post or provide any downloads or links to websites that they haven't check out.

It's a good and valid site. It basically detects whether or not some popular security vendor sites are blocked or not by using their logos directly from their website, which Conficker has blocked. Nothing to be worried about.
