eyebrows

Can anyone suggest an eyebrow pencil/powder that is waterproof and that does not smudge?
I recently got a product from QVC that was supposed to be both, but it failed miserably...
(from years of plucking, I only have a few sparse hairs left :/ )

Will this work?

I have thick eyebrows so I don't pencil them in but Mally makes great eyeliner that doesn't rub off. They may make a good eyebrow pencil.

Have you thought about getting them tattooed on?

I have had them tattooed on. And I love them!! But, they do fade, and I was hoping to find something until I can get them touched-up. (Money is just too tight for me now.)
Funny you mentioned Mally...I was watching QVC the other night, and Mally was on, and was pushing her brow powder saying it was "bullet -proof and stay-put, wouldn't smudge. So I got it. It smudged big time!
I wanted to send it back, but unfortunately the original packing slip and packaging got thrown out :/ I will consider getting the eyeliner..
thank you so much for the suggestion!

(You are blessed to have thick eyebrows!!! My original brows just were not shaped well and looked funny. It was actually my mom who plucked them out when I was young. When I took them over, I destroyed them...)

I have thin eyebrows and I use ybf brow pencil. I have never had a problem with it smudging I also love the color and the fact that depending on the amount of pressure you use it changes the color. I will never buy anything other than this pencil!!I usually brush a little face powder over after applying.

I take it back, Mally's is the best brow powder ever! It goes on like a cream, but later "dries". When it is dried, it will not smudge!!! It is the best ever! (They only sell it at QVC though- not even on their site.)
I highly recommend it!

Thanks to all for your suggestions! I was disappointed though, that more people didn't write in who had sparse brows!

This is so funny! I found another site that had a forum in it, and someone asked about eyebrows...then, another person suggested a permanent marker as a joke!

This was her reply:

"Your comment on Permanent marker cracked me up...
I have very sparse eyebrows..
One night I was picking my daughter up from school..
(I had to GO IN to get her..)
I noticed in the rear view mirror I forgot to "put my eyebrows on"!!!...LOL

I had no eyebrow pencils on me..I thought.. what the hell I will use a pen.....
I reached into my purse and thought I grabbed a black pen..( I have dark hair) ..
I quickly drew my brows on, in the somewhat darkened car mirror....I thought "phew" that worked out well....I went in..

Until my daughter commented ..in front of her teacher...
"Mommy!! Why do you have BRIGHT BLUE eyebrows..???!!!!!!! ....haha. :killingme
