For the people who use this, is it better to get the interior thingie for your windshield or the exterior thingie for the tag? Is it removeable and reuseable if for instance, you need to replace your windshield?
I have the inside box (I was afraid that someone may be able to steal the one for the tag). I have a friend who has the one for the tag, I think both work the same just if you have lead in your windshield you can't have the one on the inside. Mine came with 2 sets of plastic velcro with a very strong adhesive. Mine came with an extra set of the "velcro" that you can use if you need to replace your windshield (hubby just did this). You can also use it on multiple vehicles, you just have to register them on the website first. They actualy sent me 2 b/c when I signed up I registered 2 vehicles. We don't travel far or often but I love not having to waiting in the toll lines and the fact that the money does not expire and will reload as needed.Gemmi said:For the people who use this, is it better to get the interior thingie for your windshield or the exterior thingie for the tag? I'd recommend the interior mounted version. It's easily removable (it's velcro mounted) and less likely to get stolen if it's on the inside of the vehicle.Gemmi said:For the people who use this, is it better to get the interior thingie for your windshield or the exterior thingie for the tag? Less likely but still possible. My sister's was stolen out of her truck when she left it parked at BWI while we went to Phoenix in February for several days.moon5leg said:I'd recommend the interior mounted version. My sister drives quite a bit and couldn't live without hers.EZPass is definately the way to go if you drive anywhere up and down I-95 like I do!
