WOW, I was there in the beginning as Ship 6's Electronic Tech.. So some many advancements, was truly a pleasure. Ended on F-35 and am SOOO happy to be retired !

Nah, can't be. Wait, I was in USN OCS/Flight School in 1980-81and everyone wanted to fly Tomcats. Except me. I wanted Phantoms or Corsair II's. Why? Because I knew that they would be the first squadrons to transition to Hornets, plus the Tomcat A was an Ensign Killer (as well as a JG and LT Killer).
