FaceBook Privacy Issues... AGAIN

You have ZERO privacy anyway...Get over it.

The fact of the matter is–since the moment the first caveman sent the first email to another Neanderthal–there has never been true online privacy for anyone who has chosen to participate in this highly interactive medium.

Absolutely true statement, can't disagree with that.

I just find it laughable that the harder FaceBook tries to secure itself, the worse it gets.

Don't post things you'd rather not the whole world know. Like, 'Off to Florida for a week.' That is just inviting trouble; especially if you specify and include your location in your profile.

When I first signed up I swear I set all my stuff to private. Then I noticed a while later it was totally wide open (all my pictures and stuff), so I re-set it to private. Now my coworker told me today that she saw all my pictures, and she's not on my friend list.

I don't have a FaceBook account, no intention of ever getting one. Don't have an account on any other social network or site other than this one.

Is she a friend of a friend? even the stricter privacy settings allowed this when they switched to the "easier" to navigate settings. I noticed this too and went in to tighten it up.
