Fair Summary of Ordinance No. 205
Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners of Leonardtown have passed, and the Mayor has approved, Ordinance No. 205 – Sale of Surplus Real Property, Acquisition of Real Property for Public Purpose and Exchange of Stormwater Management Easements. A fair summary of the ordinance will follow:
Ordinance No. 205 - An ordinance for the purpose of 1) approving the sale of a portion of certain real property located on Courthouse Drive, Leonardtown, Maryland; 2) approving the purchase of certain real property located on Van Wert Lane; 3) approving the exchange of easements with Van Wert, LLC for the purposes of stormwater management and parking; 4) authorizing the Mayor and Town Administrator to execute all documents.
Ordinance No. 205 - will become effective February 1, 2021. Full text of this ordinance may be obtained at the Town Office at 22670 Washington Street, Leonardtown, MD between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or on-line on the Town’s website at www.Leonardtown.somd.com
