Now, we have hit the midway point and the TNT Summer Series moves into Daytona, which can be seen with limited commercial interruption Saturday night on TNT.

I'm waiting to see how many races Montoya mouthed himself into being suspended for before making my picks. :killingme:killingme:killingme:killingme

Good luck,
Andy

It's hard to argue against my pick for the Coke Zero 400. He was running 3rd in the 2007 Daytona 500 the great Daytona 500 when he and Kenseth spun and crashed on the last turn of the last lap triggering a huge accident as Kevin Harvick edged out Mark Martin in a photfinish in the Great American Race. He finished 2nd in last year's Coke Zero 400 by .005 seconds, losing the race to Jamie McMurray at the line, and he was so close to winning the 500 this time around. Oh yeah, he also won at Talladega when, as Montoya started mounting a charge under green, the caution came out ending the Aaron's 499.

My pick for the Coke Zero 400, I'm going with Wild Thing Kyle Busch.

  1. #18 - Wild Thing (Winner at Talladega)
  2. #2 - Keebler Elf (ALWAYS a contender at Daytona)
  3. #20 - Smoke (two-time winner of the Coke Zero 400)
  4. #42 - Juan Pablo Montoya (Ran very solid in both RP races in 2008)
  5. #26 - Jamie McMurray (Defending champion of the Coke Zero 400)
(Picks are subject to change)

Oh, and if Montoya leads with KY second coming to the white flag, I DON'T expect JPM will be leading for long. Rowdy was just a little upset about Loudon. :killingme:killingme:killingme
