I'd recommend staying away from "diet" pills....they are more of a commercial scam than anything.....a solid meal plan and exercise is the most important thing.

Epherdra is the best supplement to help with burning fat, but a lot of people are senstive to it so I would recommend a thermogenic fat burner....I hear alot of good stuff about OxyElite...

It will leave you w/high blood pressure - forever. On meds now & that isn't going to change. It sucks. Not worth it. I can lose weight; can't lose the high BP. Don't do it. Stamina & perseverence will. Be healthy, safe, & happy.
