OPERATOR 1: Richard L. Schrock, 62, W/M
VEHICLE 2: 2016 Ford RV
OPERATOR 2: Daniel A. Kelley, 69, W/M
NARRATIVE:
On 05/26/2019 at 1942 hours Troopers from the Princess Anne Barrack responded to U.S. Rt. 13 N/O Somerset Ave., (South End Spur), Princess Anne, MD to a serious motor vehicle collision involving a bicyclist. Initial investigation revealed R. Schrock crossed into the path of a 2016 Ford RV, subsequently the RV struck R. Schrock. R. Schrock was transported to PRMC whereas he was pronounced deceased after arriving at that location. R. Schrock will be transported to the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Baltimore for an autopsy. MSP Reconstructionist Cpl. R. Marshall responded to the scene. The investigation is still ongoing.
