Single car, single person, photos showed tha car had crossed the median.

When the call came out on fireboard, came out as subjects trapped one ejected car into light pole and on fire.

I was thinking the same thing.
That kind of stuff hits the news and rumor mills too fast. I doubt it was a student. It's too sensational for the news people to keep quiet for this long.

2000block of Pinefield Drive, person called EMS 3 and sent an email to EMS 3 reporting something electrical sparking, advised 23 y/o daughter was home alone. E102 filling in for Fire 3, reported nothing evident, followed by E121, Rescue Engine 123, remaining of the units PIS rather quickly by command, nothing found

I doubt it then. When the girl from Chopticon got killed at around 7:45 a.m. on her way to school two years ago, the kids all knew by like 9:00 a.m., and parents were swarming the school by 9:15.
