Father charged with sexual assault, murder of baby

"LINCOLN PARK -- Prosecutors charged a Lincoln Park man today in the death and sexual assault of his 8-day-old daughter, who died from massive bleeding and blood poisoning after the attack.

Christopher Ryan Richardson, 21, was charged with felony murder, and first-degree criminal sexual conduct and first-degree child abuse. The murder charges carry mandatory sentences of life in prison without parole, while the maximum penalty for the other charges are life in prison and 15 years, respectively."

There arent words vile enough to describe my feelings about this monster.

What kind of insane thoughts were running through his sick mind when he did this. Of course he broke down crying in the court with claims of innocence, but the child is dead he has a record of assault, and who else was around to do such a thing? Perhaps his crazed mind does not allow him to remember what he most likely did, for he has to be insane. I will not condemn him until the court does, he has a right to be allowed to prove his innocence if he is,but if proven guilty, there is no punishment drastic enough to fit this crime. Imprisonment is not enough. Castration should certainly be a part of the punishment for such a sick act. Given a choice of anaesthic for the operation I would give him a glass of water.

I dont have a problem with executing this piece of filth if he is found guilty , In fact if they sold raffle tickets for the opportunity to pull the switch on the guilty party I would buy 20 bucks worth.

But lets be realistic . Any half azzed lawyer could get this clown off on an insanity plea.

2. What he is charged with only carries a mandatory life sentence.
3. He is in Detroit, "In January 2003, Governor Ryan commuted every death sentence in the state, clearing death row as he left office. Later that year, the legislature passed some significant reforms, but many of the committee's recommendations have not yet been implemented. Under the current governor, the moratorium has remained in place. Meanwhile, an abolition bill passed out of committee with a vote of 8-4 in 2003!

4. He claims innocence.

Certainly I would think they have some DNA evidence to support their charges. Death penalty ?? It aint gonna happen.
