Father's Day ideas

My Dad's birthday falls in June, as does Father's Day. Our father's day tradition is him and I go fishing for some father-daughter time on our pier. I really wanted to take him charter fishing this year. He will be turning 61 and unfortunately last year I couldnt afford a big fling for his 60th. Can anyone suggest a good (and reasonably priced) charter fishing boat for himself and me, and possibly my brother?

Also open to any and all other ideas for events in June involving fishing, outdoors, food, etc. He's a country boy, not in to fancy stuff. Its hard to get him out of the house for "different" stuff but I know if I told him to do it for me, he would
