The Jets will give up a conditional 4th round pick.

However, this can move up to a 1st round pick if certain quotas are met.

If Brett Favre plays 80% of the plays and the Jets make it to the Super Bowl then the Jets will give up a 1st round pick.

If Favre plays less than 50% they only give up a 4th round pick. If he plays 50% or more they give up a 3rd round pick.

If Favre plays 70% and the Jets make the playoffs they give up a 2nd round pick.



It will be interesting to see what Dem Jets do this year.

Chad Pennington is expected to be released now.

It would be something if Minnesota picked him up.

Oh that country boy is going to be MISERABLE in NY!! Jets fans are HORRIBLE--same category a Philly fans.

Probably NOT going to happen as Jets and Dolphins are the same division but Parcells is the one that drafted Pennington and we are still looking for a QB.
