Credit One, and First National One charges $9 and One charges $7 I have another one that charges $5 If you pay with a bank account.. If you pay with a debit card the fee is more...Its crazy!

I've never heard of either. I've got two main credit cards and neither charges a fee. One is through a credit union and another is through Barclays.
