I have a friend with the same problem, but instead of choosing to celebrate the day before or after on non-leap years, he plans 2 days of celebrations.

Friends of ours got married on Feb. 29, I'm positive it's cause he's such a cheapskate and he won't have to by her a present but every 4 years:lmao:

I uasally do the two day thing but not on a Mon or Tues. And the Chance of an actual 29th falling on a Saturday is like trying to win the lottery. I think I remember at least once in my 12 1/2 years.
