I haven't been on any of his boats since '92. I haven't heard of any more fatalities in the last 14 years.

i've already heard about that....the water isnt icey and i can swim so sinking doesnt bother me. It would probably feel good actually since it will be in the 90s!

Any perticular reason your wanting to use that charter? So many here to chose from.

because its a headboat.....walk on and pay. Right now its only me and another person so I dont really wat to pay $400-600 for a boat. I know down at Bunkys you can do this also but these are the only 2 places i know of.

Yes, we used him a couple of weeks ago. AWFUL! The total boat only caught about 6 fish. We had about 15-17 people on the boat. Some head boats give back money if the boat doesn't do well. Did this captain? Nope.... Not a penny..

That was my second time using him. I also used him last year and the same result. I gave him a second chance this year because our other boat didn't show up on Saturday morning and I had people from out of town.


I WILL NOT USE HIM EVER AGAIN!!!! That's my two cents....

The captain can't predict the catch - he went out, he has to pay for that gas, insurance and effort some how. I can't believe people would ask for a refund!

The Capt. cant put fish in the Rivers and Bays. How did other boats do on that same day and did he try to find fish or go out and throw out the anchor for a few hours.

I never said "refund"! I only told you what other captains have done. "I didn't ask for a refund" He could have offered a few bucks back or a discount on the next trip.

Plus, I gave the first mate a few dollars. The first mate works for tips. Out of the 17 people on the boat, only a few people gave. I didn't even catch a fish and still paid the first mate...

Great question! His daughter and son in law were about 100 yards from us. We saw everyone on that boat catch a fish. I mean everyone!!!! I saw a little boy catch a fish bigger than him. Maybe, I would try them next time.

Sorry, I'm not sure. I don't think it was a head boat either.
