Probably an over reaction. Don't get too excited. It cracks me up when the metro TV stations say that there might be some snow in the viewing area and then people down here immediately think it's gonna be a blizzard in Leonardtown or somewhere in SOMD. Folks tend to forget that when the TV stations say viewing area, that could mean Frederick, Hagerstown, Front Royal, Martinsburg or some one place that's not anywhere near SOMD.

The weather channel for St. Marys County is calling for 1-2" during the day, flurries starting around 9:00am, picking up around noon, and turning to snow 'showers' around 3:00 pm, lasting until 11:00 pm....
