Max 10 years? Seems a bit light for a felon stealing then selling firearms. Why is giving up illegally obtained firearms a part of the agreement? Think we'll see this guy on the streets again in less than 5 years?

I believe with doing Federal time you have to do 80 or 90% of the time before you are released.

Right, but he's only "facing" 10 years. Not that he's been sentenced. IMO, any of those weapons he sold commit a violent crime, he should get a piece of that time too.
