Although football remains one of the only sports offered for men’s teams in high school, that didn’t stop Shelby Osborne from achieving her dreams.The Jeffersonville (Indiana) High School three-sport athlete, who previously played soccer, tennis and track, realized her senior year that she had yet to find her true passion and decided to try out for the football team.
The 5-foot-5 defensive back was contacted by Campbellsville University in Kentucky, where she signed to play in the fall of 2014, while majoring in physical training.
