Female Presa in MD Shelter, Very Limited Time

Help "Invisible Dogs"
There is an approximately 3 yr old female Presa Canario that came into TriCounty Animal Shelter as a stray.

She has passed the temperment testing by the shelter w/dogs, food, and possessions. When I met her she let me feel all over her, put my fingers in her mouth and mess w/all her feet.

She is only available to rescue, but I'm sure if a qualified adopter were found you could get a group to pull this girl. Her time is definitely getting closer to being over. She has been there a couple of weeks now and efforts to locate a Presa Rescue have not turned up anything.

Got a friend going to Lincoln, Delaware on Friday and can taker her that far. I'll chip in for gas money as a good incentive for her good deed if that will help get her there and get her adopted.

What about the boxers?
The female got pulled by a rescue...the male is hyper and getting worse since he's been locked up at the shelter...he may not make it out. Seems they were a 'breeding pair'...

"tutoring" would help..and somebody to love him. So he's not adoptable and no rescue wants him?

I don't know...he's probably adoptable and could be worked with...Its hard for rescues to move dogs w/ any issues, even hard to move dogs that don't have issues...alot of the rescues are full or don't have enough foster homes. If boxers have a lot of energy to start with...and then he's kept penned in a kennel for a wks...I feel bad for him.
Its terribly sad how some people disgard their dogs like trash.
