I second this recommendation. We had Massey put up our wood fence a couple of years ago and they really did a wonderful job...not to mention they were the best price in town.

I third this, Massey Fence, they did my fence last summer and doing big vinyl job in my hood right now. Neighbor told me they were a whole lot cheaper on their estimate then the others he got.

Anyone know *about* how much a white vinyl fence would run per sq ft installed from Massey? My yard is super tiny and I am just trying to get an idea of how expensive it will be because I have never had a fence installed before.

I have no idea what it would cost, give them a call, they give free estimates.
And yes, I'm sure I could sit down and figure it all out, but I don't really feel like it, plus I'm sure the cost varies by the style of fence you go with. There are a ton of different fence options, so what I would quote you as far as price could be completely off the mark. :shrug:

Well its not going to be very cheap. I did many home improvements last year and one of the things was replacing my fencing on just the front side (both sides of the house) I have 6ft. chain link all along the backyard 120ft down both sides and 125ft across the back, When I added a 2 car garage attached to the house had to take down some of the fence and double gate for the garage. Once the garage was finished instead of putting chain link back up I put vinyl picket 5ft. that curves down in the middle and then back up on both front sides of the house, single gate on one side and a double gate beside the garage, was a total of about 56ft of fencing and it was about $2,600. Massey gave me the best price, I love the new look of the vinyl and wish I could do the 2 sides, the chainlink is getting a bit of a rusty look again, its been up 31 years and about 15 yrs ago the wife and I painted it, oh what a job that was, but it looked great when we finished and its starting to be in the need of another paint job. Just the other day a neighbor did his whole backyard with the vinyl picket and it looks great proably about 275ft he said Massey had the best estimate by far, it made me go out and measure just how many feet I had down each side (240ft total) and what it would cost me to replace the chain with vinyl, just to avoid having to paint the chainlink again. Probably be much cheaper for me to find a truck load of Mexicans to do the fence painting.

Oh hell yes!!!! They put up our split rail with wire mesh and completely screwed it up. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

My first fence was from Clinton Fence, and I had no problems. My second fence (at my new house) was bid by both Massey and Clinton. Massey came in cheaper so we went with them. I have absolutely nothing but awesome things to say about them! Work was done on time, service was great, and fence was awesome. But, to top it off, I came home one day and found new copper caps on the fence posts as a couple had blown away during a terrible storm last summer, and a gate which had sloped a very small bit (which is normal) had been straightened and tightened. I had no clue they were in the area, but when I called, they said they were doing another fence job in my area and saw my caps were missing and the gate was not perfectly centered on both sides, and stopped and did the work - no charge, just a nice gesture from a company that takes pride in its work. That is a level of service you can't find anywhere anymore.
They measure in linear feet, my chain link from massey was going to be 3800 for 230 linear feet so add about 2500 to that price if not a little more
