I have a broken fiber optic line and need a new end put on. Any suggestions as to who to call?

There aren't a whole bunch of people down here qualified to do that. What's it for? Local desktop connection? Major T1-T3? Single/lots of users? Single/multi mode?

You might have some luck getting a do-it-yourself connector. There are some out there that don't require any smarts, pretty much a push-on/crimp/glue deal.

Pookieboo!!!
I've put on ST and SC connectors years ago. I guess depending on the length, it might be cheaper to replace it.

I've done my share of ST and SMA in another life, but don't have those tools anymore. Kinda why I suggested the glue/crimp connectors. What I didn't think about is that a specialized crimp tool could be a couple hundred dollars... :frown:
