Fiesta Cafe is Terrific!
My husband and I ate at Fiesta Cafe on July 8th, 2009. The food was delivered promptly, everything was fresh, delicious and the portions are generous. Their pico de gallo was fabulous, I could have a plate of that and be happy. I ate the burrito chuy with salsa verde (green sauce) it was very tasty. My husband's standard "test drive" dish is Chori Pollo and he said it was full of flavor and not dry or overcooked.
The owner, Temo, was very friendly and made sure we knew all about items on the menu. He explained some of the dishes unique to FC, and told us that there are some special items prepared just for Sunday afternoons.
There have been changes to FC since the first postings on this blog.
FC is open on Sunday from noon to 8 pm, besides the Mon-Sat. hours.
They installed several booths to increase seating in the last week.
You can see their menu online at:
Fiesta Home
Fiesta Cafe also has a Frequent Diner's Club card so you can earn a free entree with regular visits.
The menu has a coupon attached to it so you can save money whether taking out or eating in.
Temo recommends calling in an order so it's ready for when you drive by. Considering how often one of us goes past there that's a great idea, we put menu's in our cars. He said it does get busy at standard meal times--lunch and dinner hours, but they really try to be quick.
We eat at other local Mexican restaurants so we are familiar with this genre of food. The whole experience was great, we will definitely eat there again and recommend it without hesitation.
