Yer from Philly? That explains a lot.
And what might that explain? And before you try to answer that, let me inform you that there's at least a half dozen of us here from the Philly area...not that that matters much. We all have pretty thick skins. Fire away.

Article out of my home town newspaper... law allows victims of child crimes to testify out of the court room, where they feel safe.

:yay:
At least they allow them to testify.......

We were told (by the judge after sitting waiting for 3 hours) that my daughter at 5 was too young to testify, and noone not even the social worker that came out to investigate was allowed to testify on her behalf, so charges were dropped....aint that some stuff???

Tell me........he even had her "take the stand" and starting asking her questions about her school and just general stuff, which per my lawyer she was answering just fine (since I was not even allowed in the court room) and then told her "thank you" and said she couldn't testify....every time I think about it, it gets my blood boiling.......

So are about half the people at the base (and from the surrounding areas of Philly). Mostly engineers who relocated from the Warminster center...

Tell ya one thing, it's better than B-more
