Finally!

Ive finally started replacing my stolen camera gear and received the first few goodies yesterday. I figured its been over a month since everything was stolen, Im probably never going to see any of it again, so I might as well start replacing it.

So far just gathered some of the main parts;
Nikon D700 camera body
Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 lens
Nikon SB-900 flash
new bag
spare battery
two memory cards
tripod mounting plate
wireless remote shutter release

Probably pick up two or three more lenses, some filters, and more memory cards then be done for a while. It definitely feels good to have some new gear to work with, especially after not having much for the last month!

Thanks for all for the advice and assistance in locating my gear, and also to those that offered to loan me a camera to use in the interim. I really appreciate all of your efforts.

She is doing well, visited with her daycare provider for the first time today..mommy is going back to work on Monday.

Hard to believe it's time for your wife to head back to work. It will feel like only 6 more weeks and you will be celbrating your daughters first birthday.

Sure has! I took a few new pics of her yesterday, I'll try to get some up over the weekend. She is and she isnt...lol. She is ready to go back, she really misses working and working part time from home made her miss it more (IMO) but she is going to miss all the time she spent with Addisyn. Fortunately, the daycare isnt far from Pax, so she can always run over there for a visit at lunch time or something.
