Actually, when we were in CA, my husband and I flew our Grumman around to several places to watch the fireworks from the sky! I remember one place set the grass on fire at their launch site
They are having fireworks this Saturday in Golden Beach. I've seen the show there for the past 6 years and it is really good. Just make sure you get down there early.

A couple years ago in Ocean City, we were up near 125th street at Northside Park, where they were setting fireworks off, well they kinda set the whole pier off instead, sending OC Fire and Bethany Beach fire departments to the scene to battle the fireworks on fire and the pier

I think it is called Smallwood Park down off of Chicamuxen Road? I don't know when they are, but they are usually the weekend of the 4th.
In Mechanicsville.

depending on which way you go, but from Waldorf, Leonardtown Road Southbound into St. Mury's Kounty, left onto Golden Beach Road, go all the way down to the T intersection, make a left, go all the way down to the end of that road and then there is some water!!!
