It sounded like Montgomery. A couple in their 70s and a female in her 50s.
I was looking for the press conference, but I didn't see it televised.
Washington Post story confirms Montgomery County.

It was on channel 20,the other fox 5 channel. I have dish network, so it might be something else if you don’t have dish. He said it so quickly it was hard to tell at first which county. The only way I figured it out was when he said Montgomery county schools.

Best start stocking up as on severe snow forecast days. TP, bread, beer, etc..
