CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — Campbell County's Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to become a First Amendment Sanctuary, meaning they won't enforce Virginia's COVID-19 mandates in the county.
The resolution also requests that the sheriff and Campbell County employees not help in enforcing what they say is an unconstitutional order from Governor Northam.
