Those Sidi boots offer OUTSTANDING protection. If one of you guys wears that size, snap those up.
:yay: Sidi boots are on hold till Monday when I will know for sure...

Got the Cortech Breeze mesh jacket yesterday from motorcycle superstore. Tried on the ride in this a.m. and I'll probably go back to the leather for a while or wear more than a shirt underneath. Even with the full liner it was a little chilly. Nice jacket though.

Wore my First Gear mesh in this morning, not to chilly but I've only got a 7 mile drive.
Does the liner in the Cortech have sleeves?

Yep, they don't fasten at the sleeve end so I've got to remember to hold the end when I pull it off. I could feel the breeze on the arms on the way on base, but my cool orange vest kept it off my chest. When I got on base and close to work I took it off and it got a little cool. It should be great this afternoon.

Hit the Old Navy store, a thin fleece jacket/pullover works great for an insulated liner.
Gloves with gauntlets will keep the breeze out of your sleeves in the morning. The Aerostich site has a good selection of gloves and lots of good stuff.

I have good gloves and will go back to wearing my sweatshirt underneath, which I even did with the leather jacket cause I didn't like it's liner. :yay:

Oh, was it nice this afternoon without the liner!

Got everything today, no thanks to the USPS . And I THINK everything fits PERFECTLY! :dork:

:lmao:

Thanks again! Next time you're up this way, I'll try to get out to meet ya and buy ya some beers. I feel guilty for getting this stuff so cheap. Although it is used, man, this stuff is as close to new as it gets. :yay:

long john's rule :yay: :yay:

I've worn a hoodie a few times under a jacket. The hood part keeps the wind from going down your back when your in a "i'm freaking freezing tuck".

:roflmao: Funny thing...that thought crossed my mind as I was trying them on... cuz I floated an air biscuit within seconds of getting them zipped. I was going to post on here asking if they had the same affect on you.
