...today, on my leg. Knife through his body, heard his exoskeleton pop. Gruesome.

I burn em until they explode :lmao:
I had one on the back of my leg tuesday.
As a little girl I would pull atlease 3 out of my head in the morning, I played in the woods all day long, like Nell.

That's a "tick"; a "tic" is something else entirely, and you don't want to go sticking a knife through a tic (unless it belongs to someone else and is extremely annoying).

My 4 year old son has already had 2 this week. My kids want to stay outside all afternoon and evening.....At least the weather is going to be beautiful this weekend!

...how long it would take, had I done that, before there was outrage over tic murder?

Probably not long, although I haven't seen any commotion over the "botfly removal" videos when they remove a poor innocent botfly larva from it's warm nesting place.

By the way - if anyone reading this has not seen a 'botfly removal' on YouTube, I highly recommend it to one and all. It's very educational, so make sure the kids get to watch too!

It's even better in person when you can smell it! :lmao:
