If you are curious as to why a flag is half-staffed, go to www.maryland.gov and look in the bottom left corner. There is always an explanation as to why and for whom.

I can kinda-sorta seeing lowering for him, although wouldn't do it, but religious leaders? That's a never ending rat hole.
Just wait until the next Democrat gets in and orders the flag lowered for Farrakhan.

Still - I ain't gonna miss him. I was raised Catholic and went to Catholic schools - the Pope is more than just the head of the church, he represents the Church and - well - it's not supposed to move with the times. He's the rock.
