...might be that Hillary risks her own safety to leap to the rescue of the America flags AND, not only that, but she then offers a solution to the problem when she says that she doesn't think the bases are heavy enough!

Geez! Now we're really grabbing at straws here. The thing fell. It happens. I've seen it happen at PAX. Too small of a base, too tall of a pole with the weight of the flag. It'll happen. Learned that kind of stuff in elementary school. At least Hill stayed instead of just walking off.

I'm guessing it was the employee at the facility who set up the flags. I don't know what their party affiliation is.
