Think it’s a little of both.

They’ve cultivated insanity as a voting block, while augmenting the more outrageous behavior. Simultaneously train them in the public school system.

In similar vein, let me make sure my foil hat is on snuggly, won't be surprised if Biden resigns before the year's end regardless of the election results. Dems get the first women president, pardon of Hunter Nov 6th, total invasion of by the immigrants stationing in Mexico and the persecution of conservatives.

Biden is butt hurt over the party elites cutting him off at the knees. Only way he leaves office between now and January is in a pine box.

I can't see a scenario where Jill Biden would voluntarily give up her position as First Lady/Acting President. They're going to have to pry her out of there with a crowbar as it is.
