Sorry if this has been mentioned before but I couldnt find it under search.Anyway has anyone taken the flu mist last year? If so did you get sick from it at all? Does it actually work? Does it burn when they squirt it up your nose? Just wondering Which is better,the shot or the mist. Thanks
