(North East, MD) On September 19, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, help troopers at the Maryland State Police North East Barrack “Pack the Patrol Car” with donated food for Hunger Action Month. Troopers will be collecting food items such as; canned proteins, pasta, rice canned fruits and vegetables, cereals, soups, and evaporated milk all to be donated to our local Cecil County Food Bank. Food banks such as this one secure and distribute over 4 billion meals each year nationwide.

The North East Barrack troopers have decided to make an effort to assist those in need particularly in the County they serve in, by collecting food donations at the Barrack. On Thursday, September 19th, look for the marked State Trooper patrol vehicle in the front of the North East Barrack to drop off your food donation. Any non-perishable foods would help!
