You full of #### and obviously have a bug about this place for some reason. Why would you eat at a restaurant with "nasty snooty dishes" in the first place? Did you not know what type of place it was before going there?

Anyway, when there's an outbreak of food poisoning from some restaurant, numerous people get it because it's highly unlikely that only ONE person that night ate a particular dish that was improperly cooked or whatever. So far no one but you has complained, and I highly doubt you were the only person who ate whatever you ate that night.

And if you don't like escargot, don't order it. What's the big damn deal?

OK, Let's pretend that you and 3 other people went to the ER with food poisoning, the ER is mandated to report the incident to the county who will start an investigation, so who did you talk to, what is the status? BTW, I ate there last night because of your stupid accusations, had a wonderful meal (try the veal oscar), and feel great today!

I have eaten there a couple of times, first time service was lacking a bit, second time had the same server and she was better but I didn't get sick

I was lucky enough to have someone other than Sean, but if I go again and I get Sean I will request someone else:lmao:

When we were there I though there was a lot of people working there. I bet that after being open a while Chef will cut back on some staff. It looked like wasted money with everyone he had there.

Also as a side note. I hate the Chef jackets as the uniform. Personally I think only kitchen staff should wear them.

Took the wife there Saturday evening, we had a nice time at the Chef's Table overlooking the kitchen. The service was a bit spotty, but we were able to reel our server in when needed. For apps we had the calamari and 1/2dozen oysters on the half shell, entrees were the pan-seared rock fish and the veal oscar; both were very good! S. had a HUGE wedge of death-by-chocolate cake for desert; hard to pass up when Earnest, the dessert guy was creating so many goodies right in front of us. Everyone was super nice, including Chef Ahmad. We'll be back.

I have been a fan of Ahmed since he was at the Tides. As well as Shamal. Both of those guys are great.

It's not that we're not thankful for the warning, it's just that most of us think that you are lying. I know we're supposed to be polite and say that it's possible that you received food poisoning elsewhere, but the fact is I think you made up the whole thing because of some personal bias. I could be wrong but it's now up to you to convince me that you're not.

:confused: That explains it, you must have worked with Sean. YOu didnt make the cut and Sean was your friend. So you hate Chef's, but will defend a waiter.
