San Francisco is #1!?!
Good grief. I spoke to my broker last week, who is based out of The City. I asked him if the things I see on the news is true or exaggerated. He said it is true and even much worse in some areas. He is still working from home in the east bay and flat out refuses to ride BART anymore, therefore, no shlepping into the office. He said it is pretty much a sewer anymore and completely unsafe to ride on due to the homeless, thugs and mentally ill.
I used to get a bit homesick but haven't been in quite some time. In fact, I haven't been to my mothership since 2014. I used to go every few years.
