Foreclosures up 2000%

Here's a great headline for Patch. I just heard on NBC 4 that foreclosures in Montgomery County are up 2000%! (I'm trying to confirm those numbers)
Sort of blows the theory that only the poor and downtrodden were victims of the "unscrupulous loan industry". Looks like a lot of very bright, well paid and
GREEDY people got snared at the peak of the loan giveaways.
It's good to see that greed is an equal opportunity emotion.

That is right. along with the illegals you have doctors, IT professionals, lawyers etc fresh out of school with a huge amount of student debt. then, they want to live high like a doctor, lawyer lives and bought houses, then furnished it and then oppp reality....you can make the payments.
