U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis today sentenced Bradley Mascho, age 53, of Frederick, Maryland, to 30 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for conspiracy to commit securities fraud and for making a false statement. Judge Xinis also ordered Mascho to pay restitution of $4,824,131.
