Those of us gray-haired folks who were around and watching politics in the '90s remember Bill Clinton, the first Baby Boomer president, as a young chief executive. Clinton was the third-youngest president to assume office at 46 years old, beaten in that record only by John F. Kennedy and Theodore Roosevelt. But time marches on for us all; now former President Clinton is 78 years old and has had some health issues. On Monday, he was admitted to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital for testing after developing a fever..

Clinton, 78, "has been admitted to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital for testing and observation after developing a fever," said Angel Ureña, Clinton's deputy chief of staff.
"He is in good spirits and grateful for the care he is receiving," Ureña said.
A source close to 42nd president said the situation is "not urgent."
"The former president will be fine," the source said. "He developed a fever and wanted to be checked out. He is awake and alert."

Who gets admitted to the hospital for a fever? It's like all those celebrities hospitalized for "exhaustion" - bullshit, they ODed on drugs.

So I wonder what really happened with Willie Jeff?

They should have made him stay there. I was there for 8 days in September, the food was the worst I have ever had.
I found out they have a Chic Fil-et on campus and had a visitor get me a sandwich every day or I would have starved.

Dag-nabbit! I've been there twice, and that's information I sorely could have used. No wonder I saw so many people bringing casseroles and whatnot in to patients. I thought it was an ethnic thing.

You got that right, they kept giving some no sodium Mc cormick spice crap that was the worst spice I have ever had. I was there for four days for a bypass. Most of the staff was great, food sucked. I ate three packs of peanut butter crackers while I was there and that was it.
