Found beagle

Adult male named "Xavier" Tri-color (Im not sure if he is neutered or not) When I got there he was in the crate already.

This all started about 7 am this morning when calls to the police came in about a dog in the road off of RT. 4 - somewhere off of St. Andrews Chruch Rd. The dog was "seen"/tracked all the way to Lexington Park near the Gate 2 where he was caught. He is very timid but nice. The cell number on the tag is not in service so we are going to have him scanned for a chip.

I don't know this little guy but it sounds like he took quite a trek. If he's been abandoned I'd like to help out...

He is not chipped and is staying at my friends house. She is going to foster him thru beagle resuce till they find a home. He is very shy but is starting to come out of his shell.
