My sister found a dog this evening in the area of Chingville and Medley's Neck Roads. I'm not sure what breed she is, but I suspect she's some sort of mix.
Anyway, she has a pink/chain collar and is mostly black with white on her nose, paws and chest. Most of the time she lets one of her ears flop and has the other one pointed straight up. If anyone thinks they know who she might belong to, please send me a PM and I'll put you in touch with my sister or have her call you
