This sweet guy was in my garage when I got back from walking my doggies.
I did call the vet as to where his rabies tag was from and the last they knew the owner lived in Suitland and have not been in their office since '08.
He is not malnurished and appears to have been groomed within a week or two. He is NOT NEUTURED and was found maybe a mile outside Gate 3 of NAS Pax River.
If anyone is missing a small male dog, please forward them to this thread. I would LOVE to reunite him with his owners.
I will be taking him into a vet's office to have him scanned a little later to see if he has been chipped.
