Posting this from another source - "This puppy was found in the Huntingtown area today around 6:45 AM running into traffic on RT4 north bound.... He was taken to the Calvert County Sherrif's office and will most likely wind up at tri county, please pass this on if you know of anyone missing a puppy. Very sweet and friendly."

Not sure. If you click on the picture it gets a little bigger but he looks a little skinny to me. You can see the bones in his back but that may just be the way he's standing on the seat.
