FOUND! Female Rottweiler in Mechanicsville

We have found a very friendly female Rottweiler in our neighborhood off S.
Sandgates Rd. She appears to have just given birth to puppies within the past couple days or so. We haven't found the babies though. =( She also seems to know simple commands. She was wearing a black choke-type collar when we found her.

Hi, we have been looking for her all day. I let her out this morning to run around with the other dogs. Everybody but her went to their kennels. She also has a tail, which you did not describe. Can I come and get her tonight, now. I'm 10 minutes away. Off of Alexandria Drive, behind Jolly Gents / Knight Life.
