I am posting for a neighbor. They have found a black german shepherd wandering around in the middle of Olivers Shop Road near the Cresent Run neighborhood.
Please PM me if you have any information. My neighbor is going to try take him today to see if he has a chip. He's safe in a fenced in yard and the neighbor will take care of him until other arrangements can be made or his owners are found.
