If you took out an FHA mortage loan, and had to pay up front mortgage insurance fees, check this database, you may be due some money.

I got a call last week, some company said I was owed 4 grand and they would help me cover it for a fee. I found the government web site that maintains the list. Check for your name.

If the government genuinely owes you money, you should never have to pay a fee in order to get it.

Oh yeh, the point I was trying to deliver was that I found the government site where some nice government workers will help me for free.
